We know everyone is excited to get the 30th Anniversary product for Pokémon TCG, and we are excited to be the ones to get it to you.
This is our second wave of products, and we have made a small alteration to the approach we took last time due to your feedback. Starting with this release, We will remove the seal on the product on purchase and then hand it to you. Removing the seal will help prevent resellers from buying the product, and by waiting until the product is purchased you can verify the product was sealed and not tampered with before the sale. Although this may not be an approach that sealed collectors will appreciate, this was the best solution we could come up with based on your feedback, and we continue to listen to you and adjust our approach as needed.
In order to ensure everyone has a fair chance at getting the product, we will stocking random amounts of our 30th Inventory on the shelves at random times throughout the week. For example, we might put out a certain amount of product on Friday at 2:00PM (an example, not a real time), and a different quantity of product on another time of the day of a different day of the week.
By not announcing the exact time, day or quantity the product is made available, we hope this allows everyone to have a fair chance at getting the product when they stop by the store as part of their regular routine. We will still be enforcing a purchase limit per person, and will not be making any exceptions to this because of the high demand.
